When it comes to espresso most people would consider Michel Lussier, founder of the cafe chain Caffuccino, an expert. In his 11 years, building his shops, he has grown his business to the point where he now employs 105 people. Michel is more than just a coffee expert, however. He is also a very successful entrepreneur. It just happens that this businessman has built his wealth around the drink he loves most, espresso.

In the interview, just released on My-Best-Coffee, he did talk espresso, but more than that he shared some of his story. It isn’t often that you get to talk a business owner with Michel’s success.

Lussier started his chain in 1997. Initially he started small, with the goal of opening a cafe that he himself would enjoy.

With that in mind, he opened his first cafe. Since then he has opened three more coffee shops, and has made his business a huge success.
Michel’s passions were clear, as he shared his views about espresso, cappuccino, and some ideas about his recipes. He even talked about his superautomatic espresso machines, and semi-automatic machines.

Lussier further shared his love for the business, by sharing with us how he incorporates his commercial machines into the decor of his Bistros.
